Step 1: Create a Polling Question

Just in Time
Q&A PRO timers automatically count down the number of seconds that are left during your quiz or classroom poll. Just select which timer you want and set the desired amount of time needed to answer that question.

Step 3: Select Your Response System

Each participant receives a radio frequency wireless keypad. Pre-assign keypads or hand them out just before your presentation. Adjust the number of teams as you go. Step 4: Start Your Poll
Starting the poll is as simple as launching the slideshow. During the actual presentation, the audience is invited to respond with their mobile phones or keypads. Results are sent in and appear LIVE on screen. Start your poll and watch the votes roll in.

Step 5: Get Results
Never worry about tracking your participants results again. Get LIVE results automatically after each slide. You'll quickly measure how engaged your students are in class and ultimately, find out if they're simply understanding the material. All your data is automatically stored in the results section for future review. Click on the slideshow data you would like to view and select to view as HTML in your browser or view as a CSV file. Additional options allow you to navigate to the folder for easy access or delete the data.
Q&A PRO Minimum Requirements
Q&A Pro is a software application that allows those with the software to add interactive polls to their PowerPoint presentations. Audience members submit their poll responses using either our hardware based keypad clickers or our Ping virtual (any web connected device) clicker.

- Macros enabled To verify, open a blank PPT presentation and the Q&A Pro application. If you do not see a BLUE ADD POLL button on the Q&A Pro widget you will have to manually install the Q&A Pro PowerPoint Plugin. See video here for step by step.
- VBA (Visual Basic Application) installed as part of Office install Verified by opening
- PPT and then click ALT + F8. If the VBE (Visual Basic Editor) does not launch you will have to install VBA.
Known Issues
- Multiple versions of Java on the same machine. Make sure only 1 version is installed. Uninstall any previous versions.
- Running SlideShow in “Presenter View” can cause stability issues on older machines.
- Antivirus software realtime scanning Causes delays in SlideShow advancing, Q&A Pro polls starting and recording audience responses.
