❓Why is AI Disabled for Organizations by Default?
We realize that some companies have required protocols for the use of AI. This is why we leave it up to the administrator of an organization to enable AI for use. If so desired, we can disable it for your organization so that not even the administrator can access AI. Any questions, please contact us at support@c3softworks.com
As an administrator, you can access the AI settings for your organization by clicking the AI Builder, highlighted in the orange NEW tab. This will take you to the settings page. Or, go to Admin>Settings and turn on Enable AI-powered features in your organization.
AI Images vs Open Source
❗NOTE: For images, you can choose our Open Source option or generate an image via AI. Open Source pulls from Pexels.com and are actual photos. AI creates a unique image for you. There are advantages to both; it is important to note that, currently, Open Source is a link to a website, which could pose a problem if an organization blocks that site. When this happens, normally you just send the URL you want access to your IT department to get the URL whitelisted or approved to view.
AI Images
To add an AI image, go to Add Media and click on Generate, then enter a topic to search. Try to be specific. In this example, we searched for lockout tagout. AI will create an image for you. It literally creates a unique image for you to use. You can choose to Save the image or Generate another. Because this is AI and not a staged photo, check the image to make sure it is accurate. You can generate a few images to choose from. In our example, we have created three images. Click on the image you want to use to add it.
Once the image is added. You will see it added to the Participant View. You can edit or remove the image later on by clicking on the image thumbnails. Note, there are two image thumbnails in the screenshot below to choose from to edit or remove the image.
AI Suggestion
Polish your writing by typing in your question and clicking the AI Assist button. It'll quickly check your grammar and spelling. If changes are needed, you will be presented with a new suggested content option. You can then choose to keep your original text as is or use the new suggestion.
Create a Question Instantly Using AI
To get started, copy any content and click on Create a question instantly using AI. You will get a pop-up to enter your information.
❗NOTE: You can also just ask AI to create a question. For example, "Write me a question about the pathophysiology of pneumonia." AI will then create you a question. As always, make sure you check what AI creates for you.
Once the question has been created, you will be given three options for what to do with the content you used to create the question. Add it to the Preview, or Summary slide, or you can choose to Discard the content.
If you want to add an image or video to the question, click on Add Media.
