How to Clear you Cache
A hard refresh can fix most issues. This isn’t just any refresh, but a “hard refresh,” which clears some of the stored memory (cache) and loads the most recent version of our web pages. Here’s how to do it, step by step, in the browsers most of us use:
For Google Chrome:
On Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.
On a Mac: Press Command + Shift + R.
For Mozilla Firefox:
On Windows or Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.
On a Mac: Press Command + Shift + R.
For Safari:
On a Mac: Press Command + Option + R.
Safari for iPhone and iPad doesn’t have a direct way to hard refresh. You can clear Safari’s cache in Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, which is a bit like doing a hard refresh.
For Microsoft Edge:
On Windows or Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.
On a Mac: Press Command + Shift + R.
For Opera:
On Windows or Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.
On a Mac: Press Command + Shift + R.
Performing a hard refresh is like giving your browser a quick reset to make sure you’re not missing out on any new features or updates from us.
