Preparing your PowerPoint for Export

1) To export your PowerPoint to slides, click File>Save As within your PowerPoint presentation.

2) Click the drop-down arrow and change the file type from PowerPoint Presentation (*.pptx) to JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg)

3) You will be prompted to choose All Slides or Just This One. PowerPoint will name your folder for your slides based on the name of the presentation.

Uploading your slides to BRAVOZONE

1) Under the Content Tab, You will find the Upload PPT button for any program that utilizes Slides (TALLY, SPARK, DASH, Confidence).

2) Next, you will be prompted to name your folder, then click Next. Navigate to your folder on your computer, select the slides you want to import, and click Start Upload.

3) Upload the slide images you saved earlier and click Yes to add the files to your presentation. Your images will automatically be added.

NOTE: To insert a new slide/question anywhere in your presentation, click on the three vertical dots on the slide you want your new slide to appear after and click on Insert After.
